I was driving home and I thought to myself, I&amp;#8217;m gonna run a 5k today, and then keep doing it to improve my time. Well I tried it and it was WAY TOO HOT. I lost my will to run in about 7 minutes and called it quits. I must&amp;#8217;ve been delusional, &lt;/p&gt;

I had a rough week this week with the death of Renae&amp;#8217;s grandma, and lots of homework to catch up on, I found myself not really exercising at all this week. I am going to bring it home strong this weekend by busting my ass on friday, saturday, and sunday. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I lost a little bit of my BANG this week, I need to work to bring it back.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It happier news. I weighed in at 201.5 today which is the lightest I have been in over a year. Then on February 6th (last monday) I had an Ah-Ha! moment and I decide that I am done being fat, I am done being unhealthy, that I needed to finally take control and own my life. So since monday I have been doing DDP Yoga, working out, and eating better than I have in a long time. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I decided that I needed to really commit to this so I am doing the Advanced work-out plan for DDP Yoga. I have done well so far, working out every day (Even the days it says I don&amp;#8217;t have to workout) . &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since I started I have lost 4 lbs, and since my heaviest around Christmas I have lost 7 lbs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Starting belly inches: 44in&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Starting Neck inches: 18in&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Starting Weight: 211 lbs&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Well I just did my first session of DDP Yoga. Something new I am going to try. I can do it at home, it&amp;#8217;s low impact, and doesn&amp;#8217;t take up a lot of space. I am going to follow the intermediate work out plan and see where it takes me. &lt;/p&gt;

I ran/walked the Big House Big Heart 5k race in Ann Arbor on Sunday. I probably ran half and walked half. My left foot was asleep for most of the race, and my back hurt a lot. I am glad it was such a rough experience, I hope that since it was so rough it might actually spur me into doing something about my weight. My time was 51 minutes, and I was the last of my four friends to finish, but it still felt good to accomplish something. The feeling of running down U of M&amp;#8217;s tunnel and onto the field was pretty cool. &lt;/p&gt;
