Dagoblogh: Jedi Training
Rough Week

I was previously all fired up about my new workout routine, and not to say that I am not still fully committed to DDPYoga, because I am, and I am still really excited about it. I had a rough week this week with the death of Renae’s grandma, and lots of homework to catch up on, I found myself not really exercising at all this week. I am going to bring it home strong this weekend by busting my ass on friday, saturday, and sunday.

I lost a little bit of my BANG this week, I need to work to bring it back.

It happier news. I weighed in at 201.5 today which is the lightest I have been in over a year. Feeling good, and looking forward to finally breaking the 200 lb barrier.

End of Week 1

Well I started DDP and did it for like 2 days and then kinda had a little mental set back, let everything else get the best of me. Then on February 6th (last monday) I had an Ah-Ha! moment and I decide that I am done being fat, I am done being unhealthy, that I needed to finally take control and own my life. So since monday I have been doing DDP Yoga, working out, and eating better than I have in a long time.

I decided that I needed to really commit to this so I am doing the Advanced work-out plan for DDP Yoga. I have done well so far, working out every day (Even the days it says I don’t have to workout) .

Since I started I have lost 4 lbs, and since my heaviest around Christmas I have lost 7 lbs.

Starting belly inches: 44in

Starting Neck inches: 18in

Starting Weight: 211 lbs

Current Weight 204.2

DDP Yoga

Well I just did my first session of DDP Yoga. Something new I am going to try. I can do it at home, it’s low impact, and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I am going to follow the intermediate work out plan and see where it takes me.

This is a fitness program developed by 3 time WCW World Heavyweight Champion Diamond Dallas Page.

I’ll keep you updated on my progress…
